It is in fact wider in the thigh area, gradually narrowing towards the hem. This shape is exactly where the name “carrot fit” comes from. Another distinctive feature of this fit is the length of the inseam, which remains slightly shorter than other trousers, finishing at ankle height. This characteristic is intentional and gives the garment a less classic look. Pair it with a colorful or patterned high sock during winter for a sophisticated touch, or with a beautiful suede loafer in the summer season for a fresh and refined look.
